- How to use
Mix one to two scoops into around 236ml (one cup) of your chosen liquid, stir well until dissolved and take once a day. The powder dissolves best when stirred into something hot or blended into a smoothie. Keep the tub sealed in a cool, dry place and do not use if the safety seal is broken.
