- How to use
Take two tablets a day with your main meal, swallowed whole with water or a cold drink, on a full stomach. You can start at any point after childbirth. If you are breastfeeding, Pregnacare Breast-feeding is the alternative in the range designed for that stage.
Available in a 56-tablet pack, a 28-day supply. Contains fish (marine collagen) and soya.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Read the label before use.
