- How to use
Take according to the directions on the pack, with your main meal, swallowed whole with water or a cold drink. Take on a full stomach. Regular daily intake is recommended, and it can be used for as long as required.
Available in a 60-tablet pack. Contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Read the label before use.
