- 16+: 1 sachet in hot water every 4 hours as needed, max 6 sachets in 24 hours (max 4 if under 50kg). 12-15 years: 1 sachet every 4-6 hours, max 4 in 24 hours. Not for under 12s.If you’re no better after 3 days, check with us or your GP.

- How to use
Empty 1 sachet into a mug, fill with hot (not boiling) water and stir until dissolved. Adults and children 16 and over: 1 sachet every 4 hours as needed, no more than 6 sachets in 24 hours (no more than 4 sachets in 24 hours if you weigh under 50kg, drink alcohol heavily, or are dehydrated or malnourished). Children 12 to 15 years: 1 sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed, no more than 4 sachets in 24 hours. Not for children under 12. See your doctor if you have a high fever, or if symptoms get worse or last more than 3 days.

Important
Contains paracetamol - do not take with any other paracetamol product. Not for children under 12.
- Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol or any of the ingredients, or if you are taking any other product that contains paracetamol.
- Ask your pharmacist first if you have liver or kidney problems, weigh under 50kg, drink alcohol regularly, are elderly, or take warfarin or other blood thinners, the antibiotic flucloxacillin, metoclopramide, domperidone, colestyramine or MAOI or other antidepressants.
- Can be used in pregnancy at the lowest effective dose for the shortest time; ask your doctor if pain or fever does not settle. Can be used while breastfeeding.
- Each sachet contains 3.04g sucrose (sugar), 93.8mg sodium, a small amount of lactose, and aspartame, a source of phenylalanine (not suitable for people with phenylketonuria).
- If symptoms persist, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
